At the heart of an international market, KARL HUGO serves a wide range of industries. Whether in healthcare, energy, chemicals, or industrial-scale production, the company supplies numerous multinational corporations, large enterprises, and SMEs, both in Europe and internationally.
In the mechanical and metal sectors, KARL HUGO combines innovation and reliability. The company has focused on developing its production facilities, concentrating all engineering, machining, welding, and assembly operations on a single 10,000 m² site. It designs and builds custom industrial machines, production lines, single parts, small series, and mechanical or welded sub-assemblies. The company is also recognized for designing and manufacturing custom coil coaters and specializes in designing and producing vacuum and pressure vessels, leveraging its expertise in robotic welding. KARL HUGO provides comprehensive solutions, covering all stages of the design, manufacturing, assembly, and integration process. As a true partner, KARL HUGO delivers exceptional added value by minimizing risks while optimizing the product.
A single interface, added value for the client
As a system integrator, KARL HUGO has its own design office with a team of nearly ten engineers. Through its cost-engineering approach, each mechanical component is carefully evaluated and analyzed to offer the best cost/feasibility compromise. This approach results in numerous advantages, including reduced production costs, enhanced performance, and optimized assembly.
Excellence at every step
For the manufacture of parts according to plan, the construction of custom machines, or production lines, the company operates five production halls. Various machining processes coexist here, including milling, boring, and turning. The entire machine park is state-of-the-art and continuously updated. The machined parts are welded by hand or using a robotic system, then painted before being assembled in a sixth hall dedicated entirely to this stage. KARL HUGO then manages the different stages of integrating the machine on-site, overseeing its transport, installation, and the training of operators on location.
